Take your Soul Beyond Gravity ✨

This next chapter continues to expand the Kolibri universe through a set of contrasting reinterpretations and original tracks. Built around Kasioppea, Ketarion and Tuplet Puppet, the EP balances tension, raw energy and club-ready impact – all rooted in PETRU KSS’s live, hardware-driven sound.

Hannes Bieger delivers a powerful, melodic remix of Kasioppea, Saytek injects fierce live spirit into Tuplet Puppet, while Ross Harper offers a rough, stripped-back techno version. Diego Montiel flips Ketarion into a tight and efficient dark-disco cut.

Out May 2026 on all platforms via Kolibri Space Shuttle Records.

PETRU KSS

Corsican-born producer and live performer, PETRU thrives with bold, driving techno and storytelling. Blending rhythmic precision with a strong sense of narrative and contrast, his music evokes both physical intensity and cinematic depth.

Rooted in hands-on, expressive, hardware-centric production, PETRU was awarded the Richie Hawtin PhD Scholarship in Electronic Music for his ongoing research project THRiPPS – Techno, Hardware-centric, Real-time, Improvisation, Production and Performance Study, which explores live, improvisational performance practices.

After drawing attention with his debut KSS EP and then Mediocracy on Kolibri Space Shuttle Records, PETRU released Mirage and Drifting Embers on long-standing UK label City Wall Records. His well-received EPs featured remixes from established producers such as Alexander Kowalski and Developer. His forthcoming debut album, Kolibri Live LP, marks an important milestone: a cinematic and immersive voyage from nature to space, recorded live in the wilderness of Corsica, with growing support from respected figures across the scene.

Hannes Bieger

Hannes Bieger is a Berlin-based producer known for emotional, finely crafted techno shaped by deep musical instinct and sonic precision. Since 2017, he has pushed further into solo production and released on labels such as Poker Flat, Bedrock and Flying Circus, with standout tracks like Stars, A Million Souls, and Black Hole.

In 2024, he launched his own imprint, Elektrons to then release the full-length album Galaxies the year after – a bold and expansive work that deepened his melodic, synth-driven vision.

One of Europe’s most respected mixing engineers for electronic music, Bieger has mixed thousands of tracks for leading artists – most notably Stephan Bodzin’s Boavista album. Also handling the mixdown for PETRU KSS’s Kolibri Live LP, his work is trusted for its depth, warmth and precision.

As a live act, he performs worldwide with a full hardware setup, appearing at festivals and venues such as Family Piknik, Balance Croatia, Cova Santa (Ibiza), and The Concourse Project (Austin), often alongside artists like Carl Cox and Rodriguez Jr.

In 2026, Hannes Bieger contributes a bold remix of Kasioppea to PETRU KSS’s debut album on Kolibri Space Shuttle Records, bringing his signature clarity and impact.

SAYTEK

UK live act Saytek has carved out a singular path over the past two decades, known for his fully improvised, hardware-driven performances that fuse deep techno, tough house, dub and acid into evolving, one-take journeys. Every track is performed and recorded live without post-production – a process that has earned him critical acclaim, millions of views, and the admiration of peers across the scene.

His discography spans over 500 releases and nine albums on respected labels such as Soma, Fabric, Bedrock, Cubism, RAW Industries Berlin, KMS and Carl Cox’s Awesome Soundwave. His live jam albums have consistently topped DJ charts and won praise from the likes of Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Nicole Moudaber and B.Traits. In clubs and festivals, Saytek’s dynamic setup has taken him from the terrace of Space Ibiza to Tresor Berlin, Fabric London, Mysteryland and Awakenings, with a relentless tour schedule that reflects his deep connection to the dancefloor.

Behind the decks, Joseph Keevill’s journey has also been personal. Open about his recovery, neurodivergence and battles with mental health, Saytek brings not just skill but authenticity, resilience and soul into his live sets – channeling both human vulnerability and machine precision.

In 2026, Saytek delivers a fierce and hypnotic remix for PETRU KSS’s Kolibri Live LP – celebrating a shared vision of hardware-led, performance-driven techno.

Diego Montiel

Originally from Buenos Aires and based in Barcelona for over 15 years, Diego Montiel is a DJ, producer, and the founder of Side UP Works and BeSide School – two pillars of Barcelona’s underground scene supporting innovative releases and artist development.

He is also the founder of the influential This Side UP, a now-closed key club that helped drive Barcelona’s nightlife and foster its creative community for years.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Diego has shared the booth with Marc Houle, The Hacker, Jennifer Cardini, Kasper Bjørke, Rex The Dog, Moscoman, Danny Daze and more. His sets fuse techno, electro, EBM, dark disco and acid into precise, high-impact journeys rooted in character and experience.

In 2026, Diego Montiel brought his sharp, genre-blurring sound to Säule (Berghain) for Keyi Magazine – a landmark set in a room that matched his intensity and vision – before contributing a powerful remix of Ketarion that expands PETRU KSS’s Kolibri Live LP project.

Ross Harper

Brighton-based UK , Ross Harper blends deep techno, ambient and experimental sensibilities into a sound both expansive and personal. Founder of City Wall Records and resident at South London’s AAJA, Harper’s roots are in the 90s London club, rave and techno scene, where he heard seminal DJs and acts such as Jeff Mills, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Dave Clarke, Orbital, The Prodigy, and DJ Bone.

His Ambient Girl series gained praise from Kiss FM’s Ben Malone, Cici and Lemonella, with In Your Eyes zine calling it a “strong contender for electronic album of the year.” Earlier works earned support from Laurent Garnier, Martin Gore (Depeche Mode), and BBC Radio 6’s Nemone.

With a background as an event promoter, DJ and A&R, Harper eventually stepped back from the scene to focus on developing his own identity and unique sound. As an A&R, he has signed tracks that have featured in Boiler Room sets, including SNTS at Kompass and Ancient Methods in Berlin, and his evolving catalogue continues to blur genre lines while staying true to a deep, introspective core.

In 2026, Ross Harper contributes a rework for PETRU KSS and welcomes Ben Sims to play at his Brighton event.
