Press Release
“This week we’re joined by PETRU KSS in the mix for 60 minutes of eerie, immersive deep and dub techno, recorded live at Burning Man. As an ode to an otherworldly voyage through silver linings and resilience through the storms, this set shows off what the Corsican-born producer and live performer is known for best: his bold, driving sound and hardware-centric, improvisational approach, one that earned him the Richie Hawtin PhD Scholarship in Electronic Music and shaped his cinematic debut album, Kolibri Live LP.” – Free From Sleep
“Upon the gig confirmation, I already had in mind floaty vibes to cruise the playa with the Smile High, through the dust. Like a dystopian ship floating in the unknown, alternating moments of visibility and eerie sun rays, with blinding whiteouts swallowing the ship, plunging into dense clouds. Despite the storms and strong beats, we manage to cruise with calm, serenity and confidence through the chaos around us.” – PETRU KSS
